Alignment
Reconnect with your values, recognize the demands affecting your energy, and examine how you relate to clients and colleagues.
A nine-week coaching journey for real estate professionals and business owners ready to strengthen professional relationships, develop self-authority, and create deeper connections in their personal lives.
Coaching with Aubrey Cook · The Amore Journey · Live by Design

This experience is designed for established real estate professionals and service-based business owners who want to be more intentional about how they relate to clients, colleagues, and the people closest to them.
You may recognize one or several of these situations. You do not need to experience all of them to explore whether the program is a fit.
Learn practical skills to recognize draining patterns, communicate more intentionally, set healthier boundaries, and build supportive relationships in your professional and personal life.
The focus is on the awareness and behaviors you can practice. Coaching cannot control another person's response or guarantee a particular relationship or business result.
Begin with your professional relationships, deepen your understanding of the patterns shaping them, and bring those skills into your personal life.
Reconnect with your values, recognize the demands affecting your energy, and examine how you relate to clients and colleagues.
Explore communication patterns, recognize defensive responses, and define the relationships and life you want to build.
Apply intentional communication, boundaries, and relationship-building skills to professional and personal life. Create a 90-day continuation plan.
These phases provide a framework, rather than a rigid sequence of milestones. The emphasis and pacing can adapt to your progress within the nine-week coaching experience.
Dedicated conversations about the relationships, patterns, and choices you are working on.
An optional opportunity for connection alongside your private coaching.
Structured materials to support reflection and application between sessions.
Learning resources connected to the Alignment, Vision, and Purpose framework.
Bring the work into the situations that matter to you. Examples of practice may include:
Communicating expectations to demanding clients.
Handling disagreement without immediately becoming defensive.
Recognizing one-sided relationship patterns.
Expressing needs and boundaries clearly.
Planning time for meaningful personal connections.

Coaching with Aubrey CookA grounded approach to communication, connection, boundaries, and self-authority — with compassion and personal responsibility.
The program serves established real estate professionals first, alongside service-based business owners who want to strengthen their relationships and make more intentional choices. You may be focused on professional challenges, the impact of work on your personal life, or both. A consultation is an opportunity to explore fit.
The Blueprint focuses on communication, connection, boundaries, and self-authority. It is not a technical sales, prospecting, transaction-management, or real estate compliance course. You may apply the skills in client conversations, but the program does not promise a particular sales or commission result.
As the program progresses, you explore how your communication patterns, needs, and boundaries show up beyond work. The focus is on your awareness and choices in personal relationships. Coaching is not therapy, couples counseling, or a promise that another person or a relationship will change.
Plan for one 30-minute private coaching call each week, plus time for independent worksheets, outlines, and the pillar-focused educational email. A weekly 60-minute group meetup is optional. Independent work time varies with what you are practicing.
Alignment, Vision, and Purpose organize the nine-week experience. The emphasis and pacing can adapt to your progress. The aim is meaningful practice rather than completing the same milestones on the same day as another client.
Coaching offers a structured opportunity to reflect, learn, and practice. It cannot guarantee income growth, client loyalty, relationship repair, or another person’s behavior. Progress depends on your participation and circumstances, and outcomes vary. Coaching is educational and developmental; it is not therapy, mental health treatment, or investment advice.
If you're ready to strengthen your professional connections, protect your energy, and create more meaningful relationships in your personal life, a conversation is the next step.
We'll explore what you're experiencing, what you'd like to change, and whether the Intentional Life Coaching Blueprint is an appropriate fit for your goals.
